Web Chat Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

Etsy Ireland is seeking a talented and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely. As a Mid-to-Senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for managing our web chat platform and driving exceptional customer service experiences.

Responsibilities: - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the web chat platform, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries - Train and coach a team of chat agents to deliver high-quality, personalized support to customers - Monitor chat interactions to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements to optimize performance - Collaborate with the Customer Support Manager to develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth - Analyze chat data and key performance indicators to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness - Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends in web chat technology to continuously improve our chat support capabilities

Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in a customer service or customer support role, with a focus on web chat management - Confident and dedicated with strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent time management and organizational abilities - Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in using web chat software and customer service tools - Knowledge of e-commerce and online retail industry is a plus
