Web Chat Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Web Chat Officer to join our team at DHL. This is a remote work position based in Dublin, Ireland. As a Web Chat Officer, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and providing support through chat on our website.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat in a timely manner - Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Research and gather information to provide accurate and helpful responses to customers - Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or similar role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong presentation skills for delivering information effectively through web chat - Ability to conduct research and gather information quickly and accurately - Motivated and hardworking individual with a strong work ethic
