Jameson Whiskey is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Web Chat Officer. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Web Chat Officer, you will be responsible for managing online chat inquiries from customers, providing excellent customer service, and promoting our brand and products.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via online chat - Provide accurate information about our products, promotions, and services - Identify and escalate any issues or concerns to the appropriate team members - Maintain a positive and friendly attitude while interacting with customers - Meet or exceed daily chat volume and response time goals - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
