Web Chat Officer - Remote Work

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and reliable Web Chat Officer to join our team at Boston Scientific Ireland. This is a remote work position based in Dublin. As a Web Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms. Your primary duties will include responding to customer inquiries, providing product information, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services.
