Web Chat Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

DHL is seeking a motivated and resourceful Web Chat Representative to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As a Web Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms. This position is entry-level and requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to provide assistance and resolve inquiries - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while interacting with clients - Collaborate with team members to ensure all customer inquiries are resolved in a timely manner - Utilize resources and tools to effectively communicate information to customers - Document customer interactions and follow up as needed - Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company

Requirements: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong time management skills and attention to detail - Demonstrated leadership abilities and problem-solving skills - Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred - Must be resourceful, hardworking, and able to work independently - Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace for remote work - Proficiency in MS Office and web chat platforms
