The Front Office Receptionist will increase guest satisfaction by providing efficient, prompt and courteous Front Office Service to our guests .

What we are looking for:

• Previous expierience in a similar role desirable
• Guest and people oriented with strong interpersonal skills
• Great attention to detail
• Highly motivated
• Proven teamwork & communication skills
• Skilled in HotSoft PMS application or similar would be an advantage

Core Responsibilities:

• Upholds the hotel's commitment to hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Participates in the prompt and courteous check-in and check-out of guests
• Maintains good working relationships and communicates with all relevant departments.
• Responds to guest requests for information about the hotel and its surroundings
• General Front Office duties.
