Digital Marketing Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Associate to join our team at VMware Ireland. This is a remote work opportunity based in Cork, Ireland. As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the creation and maintenance of digital marketing campaigns across various channels including email, social media, and online advertising - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of digital marketing initiatives - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies - Assist with the development of content for digital marketing materials such as emails, landing pages, and social media posts - Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform digital marketing strategies - Assist with the execution of SEO and SEM campaigns to drive website traffic and conversions - Support the coordination of virtual events and webinars to engage with our target audience - Stay up-to-date on best practices and trends in digital marketing to continuously improve campaign performance

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 1 year of experience in digital marketing or a related field - Confident and energetic personality with excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong planning and critical thinking skills - Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, CRM software, and social media management tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Experience with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms is a plus
