Wia, a leading technology company based in Waterford, Munster, is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world. As a Digital Marketing Associate at Wia, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising - Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies to improve results - Create engaging content for social media platforms, website, and email campaigns - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals - Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth - Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to support marketing initiatives - Stay current on digital marketing best practices and recommend new strategies to drive business growth

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field - Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Resilient and independent, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment - Ability to think critically and problem-solve in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Experience with email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and analytics tools - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field - Negotiation skills and the ability to build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders
