Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and independent Marketing Associate to join our team at Glanbia for a remote work position based in Cork, IE. As a Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our products and services effectively.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in creating and implementing marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation. 2. Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. 3. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional events and activities. 4. Manage social media platforms and create engaging content to increase online presence. 5. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using data analytics tools. 6. Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure consistency in marketing initiatives. 7. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and recommend innovative strategies.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or a related role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a remote team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of marketing software tools. 6. Persuasion and innovation skills to create compelling marketing materials. 7. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
