Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms - Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns to optimize results - Create engaging content for social media, email marketing, and website - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities - Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new ideas and strategies - Maintain a strong brand presence online and ensure consistency across all channels

Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a strong interest in digital marketing is a plus - Adaptable and independent, able to work well in a fast-paced environment - Strong decision-making skills and a cooperative attitude - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, and social media platforms - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred
