Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and resilient Digital Marketing Associate to join our team at Dell Ireland in Dublin. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in digital marketing.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation - Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to increase followers and engagement - Analyze digital marketing data to track performance and optimize campaigns - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve digital marketing efforts - Assist in organizing and executing marketing events and campaigns

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Strong critical thinking skills to analyze data and optimize campaigns - Excellent presentation skills to effectively communicate ideas and strategies - Motivated and resilient attitude to overcome challenges and adapt to changes - Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEO, and social media - Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
