Digital Marketing Associate

GirlCrew, a leading social networking platform for women, is seeking a talented and motivated Digital Marketing Associate to join our team in Cork, IE. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Digital Marketing Associate will play a crucial role in driving the company's digital marketing efforts to reach our target audience and achieve our growth objectives.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and search engine optimization. 2. Analyze and report on the performance of campaigns to optimize results and improve ROI. 3. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth. 4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content that resonates with our target audience. 5. Manage the company's social media presence and engage with followers to build brand awareness and loyalty. 6. Assist in the creation and execution of marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure GirlCrew remains at the forefront of digital marketing innovation.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field. 2. Confident and energetic personality with a passion for driving results. 3. Strong research skills and ability to gather insights to inform marketing strategies. 4. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 5. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
