Digital Marketing Associate - Work from home

Job Description: As a Digital Marketing Associate at Airbnb Ireland UC, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from home.

Responsibilities: - Support the Digital Marketing Manager in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, and online advertising - Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and insights for optimization - Collaborate with the creative team to create engaging content for digital campaigns - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing - Assist in managing social media accounts and engaging with followers - Monitor and report on key performance metrics

Requirements: - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google Analytics - Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools - Resilient and resourceful mindset - Soft skills in negotiation and innovation - No prior experience required, but a degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred
