Remote Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description:

As a Remote Digital Marketing Manager at Workday Ireland, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote our products and services. You will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content, optimize digital platforms, and analyze campaign performance to drive customer engagement and lead generation.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to company websites. 2. Create and manage digital campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, and search engine marketing. 3. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to optimize campaign performance and ROI. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content and design assets for digital marketing campaigns. 5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to recommend new strategies for continuous improvement. 6. Manage external agencies and vendors to support digital marketing initiatives. 7. Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance and KPIs.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role. 3. Strong analytical skills and experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics and SEO platforms. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. 5. Resourceful and passionate about delivering results and driving innovation in digital marketing strategies. 6. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
