Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description:

Phorest, a leading software and technology company in the beauty industry, is seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Waterford, Munster, Ireland on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of relevant experience in digital marketing.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and engagement. 2. Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various online channels, including social media, email, SEM, and display advertising. 3. Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to optimize ROI and drive continuous improvement. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content and assets that resonate with our target audience. 5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure our digital marketing efforts remain cutting-edge and effective. 6. Lead and mentor junior members of the marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth. 7. Work closely with external agencies and partners to execute campaigns and initiatives that align with our business objectives. 8. Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive measurable results. 3. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools. 4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders. 5. Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a track record of successfully managing cross-functional teams. 6. Reliable and adaptable, with a mindset for continuous learning and improvement. 7. Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems is a plus.
