Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description:

As a Digital Marketing Manager at Medtronic Ireland, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing the overall digital marketing strategy for the company. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute digital campaigns, analyze and optimize performance, and drive engagement and conversion across various online channels.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute the digital marketing strategy in line with company objectives - Manage all digital marketing channels, including website, social media, email, and online advertising - Analyze and report on campaign performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging and effective content for digital platforms - Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing - Manage digital marketing budget and ensure ROI on all campaigns - Work with external agencies and vendors as needed - Lead and mentor junior members of the digital marketing team

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in digital marketing - Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices - Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Adaptable and resourceful, able to pivot quickly in response to changing priorities - Strong teamwork and collaboration skills - Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
