Job Description:

CRH plc, a global leader in building materials and solutions, is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. This is a part-time remote position based in Limerick, Munster, Ireland.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. - Manage social media platforms and content creation to engage with the target audience. - Analyze data and metrics to track the performance of digital marketing campaigns and optimize for success. - Collaborate with internal teams to create and deliver digital marketing campaigns that align with business objectives. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in the digital space. - Manage digital advertising budgets and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI. - Work closely with creative teams to develop engaging digital content, including videos, graphics, and written copy. - Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and measure the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. - Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing roles. - Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Independent and self-motivated with a passion for digital marketing. - Critical thinking skills and the ability to problem-solve creatively. - Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and cooperate with team members across different locations.
