Digital Marketing Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

The Digital Marketing Manager at CRH plc will be responsible for leading and executing the digital marketing strategy for our organization. This role will involve working closely with the marketing team to develop, implement, and track digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The Digital Marketing Manager will also be responsible for analyzing data and trends to optimize campaign performance and drive results.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation - Manage all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising - Create and manage digital content, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, and email campaigns - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track campaign performance and optimize strategies - Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging digital marketing campaigns that align with overall business goals - Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices - Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies as needed - Provide regular reporting on digital marketing metrics and ROI to senior management

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in digital marketing - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media advertising - Proven track record of driving results through digital marketing campaigns - Resilient and energetic personality traits, with a passion for innovation - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Ability to work independently and remotely in a fast-paced environment - Experience working in a cross-functional team environment
