Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Assistant to join our team at Zutec in Dublin, Ireland. This part-time position offers an exciting opportunity for an individual with 4 years of marketing experience. As a Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing team in various tasks to help drive brand awareness and engagement.

Responsibilities: - Assist in creating marketing campaigns and strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation - Support the marketing team in executing digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, and content creation - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing goals are aligned with overall business objectives - Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities for growth - Assist in organizing and attending marketing events, trade shows, and conferences - Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and tracking expenses

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - 4 years of experience in marketing or related field - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Resilient and hardworking personality traits - Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing tools/software - Soft skills in negotiation and persuasion - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
