Job Description:
As a Marketing Assistant at Ryanair, you will play a critical role in supporting the marketing team with various tasks to help promote our brand and drive customer engagement. This part-time position based in Cork, IE requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote Ryanair's products and services - Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising - Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement - Support the creation of marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, and promotional materials - Assist in organizing and attending events, trade shows, and other marketing activities - Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives - Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities for growth - Maintain a strong understanding of Ryanair's target market and customer demographics
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field - 3+ years of experience in a marketing role - Motivated and adaptable with a strong attention to detail - Emotional intelligence to effectively connect with colleagues and customers - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software/tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong organizational and time management skills
