Job Description:

TikTok Dublin is seeking a motivated and adaptable Marketing Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Waterford, Munster, IE. As an Associate Level Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing team in various projects and initiatives to help drive brand awareness and engagement.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies to promote TikTok Dublin's services and products. 2. Coordinate social media campaigns and monitor analytics to track performance. 3. Support the development of marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, and advertisements. 4. Research industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth. 5. Assist in organizing and attending virtual events, webinars, and conferences. 6. Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas and contribute to overall marketing efforts. 7. Communicate with clients and partners to maintain strong relationships and ensure their needs are met.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms. 5. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 6. Motivated to learn and grow in the marketing industry. 7. Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing trends is a plus.
