Marketing Associate Job Description:

Restored Hearing, a leading company in Dublin, IE, is seeking a part-time Marketing Associate to join our team. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of marketing experience who is reliable, adaptable, and possesses strong cooperation and project management skills.

Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive growth and customer acquisition - Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and website - Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends - Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to optimize results - Assist in organizing and executing marketing events and promotions - Support the sales team with marketing materials and tools - Maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to ensure their needs are met

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field - 4+ years of experience in marketing - Strong communication and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software - Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices - Experience with project management tools is a plus
