Marketing Associate

Job Description:

The Cool Bean Company is seeking a part-time Marketing Associate to join our team in Waterford, Munster, IE. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in marketing. The ideal candidate will be confident, hardworking, and possess strong planning and analysis skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services. 2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities. 3. Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to increase brand awareness. 4. Collaborate with the design team to develop marketing materials such as brochures, posters, and advertisements. 5. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. 6. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business goals. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing. 3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Proficiency in social media platforms and marketing tools. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Experience with graphic design software is a plus.
