Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Online Digital Marketing Associate to join our team at Airbnb Ireland in Cork, Cork, IE. As an Associate Level position, you should have at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing and a proven track record of success in online marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization - Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content and messaging that resonates with our target audience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure our digital marketing efforts are innovative and effective - Manage online advertising budgets and ROI to maximize our marketing investment - Assist in the development of marketing collateral and assets for online campaigns - Measure and report on key performance indicators to stakeholders

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry - Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making - Energetic and resourceful personality traits to drive creativity and innovation - Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with others - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and MailChimp - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
