Online Digital Marketing Manager

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive online traffic to Penneys' website. 2. Manage all online marketing campaigns, including paid advertising, email marketing, social media, and SEO. 3. Analyze data and metrics to track the success of campaigns and make adjustments as needed to achieve marketing goals. 4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for the website and social media platforms. 5. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing to ensure Penneys remains competitive in the online space. 6. Monitor and report on the performance of all digital marketing efforts, making recommendations for improvement. 7. Work closely with the design and development teams to optimize the website for search engines and improve user experience. 8. Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to support digital marketing initiatives.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field. 2. 1+ years of experience in digital marketing. 3. Proficiency in Google Analytics, AdWords, and other digital marketing tools. 4. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing best practices. 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. 7. Driven and resourceful personality traits. 8. Time management skills. 9.
