Online Marketing Associate

Job Description:

Aylien is seeking a part-time Online Marketing Associate to join our team in Cork, Ireland. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in online marketing and possess a confident and motivated personality. The Online Marketing Associate will be responsible for managing and implementing online marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and engagement.

Responsibilities: - Execute online marketing campaigns across various platforms such as social media, email, and search engines - Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize strategies for maximum effectiveness - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing plans - Create compelling content for online marketing materials - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online marketing - Assist in the development of marketing strategies and tactics

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in online marketing - Confident and motivated personality traits - Strong decision-making and persuasion skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Analytics - Experience with social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads and Google AdWords
