Online Marketing Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Online Marketing Associate to join our team at Hilton in Limerick, Munster, IE. As an Associate Level position, you will be responsible for supporting our online marketing efforts and initiatives. This part-time role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing and a strong understanding of online advertising platforms.

Responsibilities: - Assist in creating and implementing online marketing campaigns across various digital channels - Monitor and analyze the performance of online marketing campaigns to optimize results - Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to enhance brand awareness - Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative content for digital marketing initiatives - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay current on industry trends - Provide support for special projects and events as needed

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or related field - Strong understanding of online advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Analytics - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Hardworking and resourceful with a strong attention to detail - Soft skills in negotiation and teamwork - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
