Job Description:

Intercom is seeking a talented Content Writer to join our team in Limerick, Munster, IE on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level Content Writer at Intercom, you will be responsible for creating engaging and informative content across various platforms to support our marketing and communication strategies.

Responsibilities: 1. Research, write, and edit blog posts, social media content, email campaigns, case studies, white papers, and other marketing materials. 2. Collaborate with the marketing, design, and product teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding. 3. Develop a deep understanding of our target audience and create content that resonates with their needs and interests. 4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our content. 5. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. 6. Utilize project management skills to coordinate with various stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of content. 7. Participate in negotiation processes with external partners, such as freelance writers or agencies, to ensure the quality and relevance of our content. 8. Contribute to content strategy discussions and provide input on new ideas and initiatives.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in content writing, preferably in a tech or SaaS industry. 3. Strong writing skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar. 4. Resilient mindset and ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. 5. Passion for storytelling and creating compelling narratives. 6. Demonstrated project management skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks. 7. Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on building strong partnerships. 8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 9. Experience with SEO and keyword research is a plus.
