Job Description:

Opening.io is seeking a passionate and adaptable Online Communications Specialist to join our team in Waterford, Munster, IE. As an Entry Level Online Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing online communication strategies to enhance our brand presence and engage with our target audience. This is a part-time position with the opportunity for growth within the company.

Responsibilities: - Create and manage social media content on various platforms to increase brand awareness and drive engagement - Develop email marketing campaigns to promote products and services and nurture customer relationships - Monitor and respond to online conversations and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop online advertising campaigns and promotions - Analyze key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of online communication strategies and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to write engaging and compelling content - Proficiency with social media platforms and email marketing tools - Problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and issues effectively - Ability to present information in a clear and concise manner - A degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
