Job Description:

The Cool Bean Company is seeking a passionate and hardworking Online PR Associate to join our team in Cork, Ireland. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in the field of public relations or digital marketing.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute online PR strategies to enhance the brand's online presence and reputation - Create and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials to targeted online media outlets - Proactively engage with online influencers and bloggers to secure coverage and partnerships - Monitor online conversations and trends related to the brand and industry - Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging across all online platforms - Analyze and report on the effectiveness of online PR campaigns - Assist in the planning and execution of online events and promotions

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Experience working with online media outlets and influencers - Proficiency in social media platforms and online analytics tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
