Online Social Media Manager

The Online Social Media Manager at Hilton in Limerick, Munster, IE will be responsible for managing the online presence and engagement of the hotel on various social media platforms. This part-time Associate Level position requires at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive bookings - Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms - Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media - Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to track performance - Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals - Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices - Work closely with other departments to ensure consistency in messaging across all online platforms

Requirements: - Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization - Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience with social media management tools - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
