Remote Pr Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Remote PR Associate to join our team at Wix.com. As a leading website building platform, Wix.com is committed to providing our customers with the tools they need to succeed online. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with public relations efforts and helping to promote our brand in the digital space.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement PR strategies to increase brand awareness and visibility - Build relationships with media outlets and journalists to secure press coverage - Write press releases, blog posts, and other content to promote company news and events - Monitor and track media coverage and PR metrics to evaluate the success of campaigns - Assist with organizing and managing events, such as press conferences and product launches - Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and social media, to align PR efforts with overall marketing strategies - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in PR and communications

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or related field - 3+ years of experience in public relations or communications - Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Persuasion skills to effectively pitch stories to media outlets - Experience working with media contacts and building relationships with journalists - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PR tools such as Cision or Muck Rack - Experience working remotely and managing projects independently - Ability to work part-time hours and flexibility to adjust schedule as needed
