Pr Associate

Job Description: Groupon International Limited is seeking a dedicated and energetic PR Associate to join our team in Limerick, Munster, IE. This is a part-time, entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company. As a PR Associate, you will be responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of public relations strategies to promote our brand and products.

Responsibilities: - Assisting in the creation and distribution of press releases, media alerts, and other communications materials - Building and maintaining relationships with media contacts to secure coverage for the company - Monitoring and tracking media coverage of the company and industry trends - Assisting with the planning and execution of PR events and campaigns - Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging across all channels - Conducting research to support PR initiatives and identify new opportunities for coverage - Providing support for crisis communications as needed - Assisting with social media management and content creation

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Excellent negotiation and decision-making skills - Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and social media platforms - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - No prior experience required, but internship or relevant coursework is a plus
