Zendesk International Ltd is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic PR Associate to join our team in Limerick, Munster, IE. This is a part-time, entry-level position that offers the opportunity to work from home. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in public relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute PR campaigns to promote the company's products and services - Write press releases, articles, and other materials for distribution to media outlets - Maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and other key influencers in the industry - Monitor and report on media coverage of the company - Assist with organizing and attending events, including press conferences and product launches - Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure a cohesive brand message across all channels - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in PR

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Driven and goal-oriented personality - Experience with social media platforms and analytics tools - Knowledge of AP style and other writing best practices - Strong organizational and time management skills
