Job Description:

Tandem HR Solutions is seeking a reliable and dedicated PR Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Dublin, IE. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in public relations or a related field. We are looking for a creative individual who excels in cooperation and communication.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance the company's public image - Write and distribute press releases, media alerts, and pitches to media outlets - Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts - Coordinate interviews, press conferences, and other PR events - Monitor and analyze media coverage - Assist in crisis communication management - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in PR, Communications, Marketing, or a related field - 1+ years of experience in public relations or a similar role - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong organizational and time-management abilities - Proficiency in MS Office and PR software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Creativity and out-of-the-box thinking - Strong cooperation and collaboration skills
