Job Description:

As a Social Media Manager at Engager, you will be responsible for managing all social media platforms and creating engaging content to drive brand awareness and engagement. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop social media strategies, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create and publish engaging content across all social media platforms - Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions - Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives - Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices - Manage social media advertising campaigns - Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner - Monitor industry trends and competitor activities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and marketing initiatives
