Social Media Manager

Job Description:

Indeed Ireland Operations Limited is seeking a talented and creative Social Media Manager to join our team in Dublin. As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring the company's social media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive customer engagement.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads - Create engaging and creative content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok - Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, customer feedback, and industry trends - Analyze social media performance metrics and implement strategies to improve engagement and reach - Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms - Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices - Manage social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences and drive conversions - Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media in a timely and professional manner - Work with the design team to create visual content, including graphics, videos, and GIFs - Maintain a content calendar and schedule social media posts for optimal engagement - Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors to promote products and services

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - 1+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing - Proven track record of growing social media accounts and increasing engagement - Excellent communication and writing skills - Strong decision-making skills and emotional intelligence - Resourceful and adaptable in a fast-paced environment - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social - Knowledge of SEO and social media analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights
