Social Media Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Social Media Manager to join our team at Intercom in Dublin, Ireland. As a part-time Associate Level Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence across various platforms. This role requires someone with at least 2 years of experience in social media management.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create and curate engaging content for our social media channels - Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize strategies - Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices - Manage social media advertising campaigns - Respond to customer inquiries and engage with our audience - Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in social media management - Hardworking and resourceful personality traits - Strong problem-solving and research skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Familiarity with social media analytics tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
