Social Media Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Social Media Manager to join our team at IBM Ireland in Limerick, Munster, IE. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management and a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies. This position is at the Associate Level, offering remote work flexibility and the opportunity to make an impact through your work.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms - Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts and engaging with followers - Monitor social media analytics to track performance and make data-driven decisions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure social media plans align with overall marketing objectives - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in social media management - Resourceful and hardworking personality traits - Emotional intelligence and critical thinking skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools - Ability to work independently and in a team setting
