Job Description:
Boston Scientific Ireland is looking for a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. This is a part-time position that offers the flexibility to work from home. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive engagement with our target audience.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with the company's overall marketing goals and objectives - Manage all social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more - Create engaging and shareable content for social media platforms - Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and optimize strategy - Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media efforts are integrated with other marketing initiatives - Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices to continuously improve our strategy
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in social media management - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proven track record of driving engagement and growth on social media platforms - Knowledge of social media analytics tools and best practices - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Driven and resilient personality traits - Decision-making and project management soft skills
