Social Media Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a remote Social Media Manager to join our team at SAP Ireland. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating and managing social media content for our company in order to drive engagement, brand awareness, and customer loyalty. This is a part-time entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement - Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram - Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to track the success of campaigns and make recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing - Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media in a timely and professional manner - Work closely with the marketing team to create cohesive brand messaging across all channels

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in social media management or a related field - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Reliable and adaptable personality traits - Ability to problem-solve and demonstrate leadership skills - Knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment
