Bay Host - Part Time

We are looking for Part Time Bay Host to join our team at the newly renovated Driving Range at Elmgreen Golf Centre, Dublin 15. Our facility features a licensed cafe with outdoor seating, in-bay dining, and advanced technology for tracking golf ball metrics in real time. We also offer a variety of gaming options for all ages.

As a Bay Host you will be responsible for the smooth functioning and efficiency of the driving range facility. This role involves hands-on operational tasks, customer service, Food & Beverage and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all patrons. The Driving Range Operations Assistant is an integral part of the facility's success, contributing to its overall upkeep and positive atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Operations:

• Open and close the driving range facility as per operating hours.


• Set up and arrange golf balls, tees, and other necessary equipment.


• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the range area.


• Assist with golf ball collections


• Follow company Standard operating procedures

F&B Operations

• Oversee quality and efficient food and beverage service to driving range customers.


• To maintain food standards and cleanliness according to procedures 


• To work in a clean and tidy environment 


• To assist in food preparation 


• Monitor/Manage F&B stock orders

Customer Service:

• Greet customers, assist with inquiries, and provide information about a range of services.


• Deliver a high standard of customer service.


• Monitor customer activities, offering assistance and maintaining a friendly atmosphere.


• Handle customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

Cash Handling:

• Process customer payments accurately and provide receipts.


• Reconcile cash drawer at the end of each shift.


• Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor.

Requirements

• 1-years of Customer Service Experience


• 1-year experience with Food Handling is desirable
