Business Development Executive (Ireland)

We are Aella Creative Force, a bold branding and digital agency based in Westport, Ireland, operating across Ireland, the UK, the US, and the EU. We help ambitious brands grow through strategy, creative, performance marketing, and go-to-market consulting that actually moves the needle.

In 2026 we are scaling fast. Our delivery team is strong and our client work speaks for itself. What we need now is someone to open doors and push revenue up across Ireland. We are looking for a part-time Business Development Executive to drive new business in our home market: find the leads, qualify them, and book the meetings that our founders close.

Tasks

New Business and Pipeline

• Own outbound prospecting across Ireland: identify, research, and reach the right founders and decision-makers
• Work inbound and outbound leads from marketing, cold email, and your own outreach
• Run discovery and qualification calls that uncover real problems, not just tick boxes
• Book qualified meetings and hand warm, well-briefed opportunities to our founders to close
• Build and maintain a healthy, well-organised pipeline you can forecast from
• Represent Aella professionally in every call, message, and meeting

Outreach and Conversion

• Run consistent, high-quality outreach across email, LinkedIn, and phone
• Qualify leads properly so your time and ours goes where the money is
• Keep deals moving with clear, timely follow-up and honest communication
• Collaborate with the team on proposals, case studies, and anything that helps close
• Log every touch and update deal stages accurately in our CRM

Targets and Growth

• Hit and beat agreed monthly targets for qualified meetings and sourced pipeline
• Track your own numbers: activity, pipeline, conversion, and deals closed from your work
• Bring what you learn back to the team so we sharpen the offer and the pitch
• Grow into a bigger role as you prove results

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, ideally B2B or service-based
• Based in Dublin or Westport, with the ability to meet clients in person when it counts
• Target-driven and genuinely motivated by hitting and beating quota
• Strong spoken and written English and a confident, natural phone manner
• Organised and self-directed, comfortable managing your own pipeline part-time
• Hungry to learn our services and sell them well
• Comfortable with a CRM (we use HubSpot) or quick to pick one up

Nice to have

• Experience selling marketing, creative, web, or agency services
• An existing network among Irish SMEs, founders, or startups
• Experience selling to startups or SaaS
• A track record or examples of success you can show us
