We are hiring a Clinical Nurse Manager 3 Night for a Hospital in Galway, Ireland.

This is a Part-Time post - 20 hours per week

Responsibilities

In order to deliver a high standard of patient care, responsibility will entail leading and overseeing the nursing service.

Provide nursing and nursing support workers with creative and efficient leadership, guidance, and support, including the application and observance of nursing policies.

Encourage open communication with all pertinent staff members and preserve positive employee relations.

Organize and direct operations to deliver the best possible patient care, including effective financial resource management, staff rostering, and staff deployment based on service needs.

Make sure that all rules and regulations about professional nursing practice are followed.

Requirements

Hold a registration in the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland's General Division of the Live Register (NMBI).

An appropriate post-registration management course, such as a diploma in management, is necessary.

After registering, you must have seven years of experience, three of which must have been at the CNM II or higher level in the previous five years.

Demonstrated leadership, communication, organizational, and clinical skills.

A track record of successfully handling innovation and change.
