Role Purpose
The Digital Content & Social Media Executive will play a key role in the promotion and storytelling of Swim Ireland's participation programmes, with a particular focus on:
The role will focus on creating engaging digital content across the Swim Ireland social media channels, while growing audiences, increasing programme awareness and supporting participation growth through targeted communications and social media activity. The successful applicant will support the Communications Department in acting as a brand guardian, ensuring that the Swim Ireland brand guidelines are adhered to consistently.

Provide monthly reports on:
Make recommendations to improve engagement and reach.
Additional
· Support the Marketing & Communications team at key events
· Attend Swim Ireland conferences, competitions and events as required
· Attend leisure industry events and networking opportunities as required.
