Evening Switchboard Operator (Casual)

Our renowned property is accepting applications for the role of Evening Switchboard Operator to join an established Team at Ireland First Forbes Five Star Resort.

Your main responsibilities as a Switchboard Operator will include answering calls from our guests, colleagues and suppliers via email and telephone, directing their queries and ensuring admin tasks are completed.  

The role is a casual Evening position, 5 days over 7 from 4.30pm-9.00pm.

 What are we looking for in a Switchboard Operator? 

• Previous experience in a similar role in a 5 star property is desirable
• Admin and PC experience is key as the role will involve elements of reach out to our guests pre and post stay.
• Display a polite and professional attitude at all times
• Be an excellent team player and enthusiastic in delivering excellent customer service
• Be flexible to work shift patterns, including mornings, late afternoons and weekends
