Key Responsibilities of General Service Porter:

        Welcomes guests to the hotel.

        Drive the Shuttle Bus to and from the Airport.

        Provide detailed and accurate information to guests and other departments on a wide variety of services and facilities both within and outside the establishment

        Ensure mail and messages are distributed without delay after receipt

        Maximises customer satisfaction and utilisation of hotel facilities by promoting hotel restaurants and other services to customers,

        Keeps self-updated on all local events, sights, restaurants, activities etc., in order to provide customers with updated information, and assistance,

        Arranges for special services requested by guests,

        Communicate with guests in a manner which promotes goodwill, trust and satisfaction

        Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints.

        Ensures the hotel surroundings are well maintained.

Requirements of General Service Porter::

        Excellent team player with strong communication skills, you will have a passion for delivering a great customer experience

        Full, clean driving license

        A natural happy smiler with a positive Yes I Can! attitude...
