Job Description - Interim HR Manager

Cpl HR recruitment are working closely with a not for profit organisation based in West Dublin for an Interim HR Manager until the end of . Working in a HR partner capacity, this contract position will support on all areas of HR, to include recruitment and employee relations whilst also supporting with the people plans and priorities of the organisation.

Roles and responsibilities will include:

Supporting the HR Director with the people strategy and plans

Cultivating a positive working environment

Support with employee relations cases and some which may have third party involvement

Be part of ongoing recruitment processes, to include budgeting and approvals

Support with Ad hoc HR projects as they arise

Skills and experience required:

Previous HR Manager or Business Partnering experience is essential

Hands on Irish employment law experience is imperative

Experience in a public sector or healthcare environment would be a distinct advantage

Have a strong influencing personality with good decision making skill set

Ability to travel locally
