Maintenance Assistant - Dublin based (part-time)

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Maintenance Assistant to join our team. In this position, the role involves performing a variety of maintenance tasks, repairs, and general upkeep to maintain a safe and functional environment.

Work Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 15:00 PM to 20:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs in plumbing, electrical, and structural systems;


• Perform basic electrical repairs, such as replacing sockets, switches, and light fixtures;


• Carry out plumbing services, including installing toilets, replacing sink pipes, and adjusting valves;


• Maintain and repair laundry equipment such as washing machines and dryers;


• Execute minor improvements, including painting and masonry repairs;


• Respond promptly to emergencies such as leaks, power outages, or failures in security systems;


• Collaborate with other internal departments to ensure seamless operations in line with company standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in maintenance (mandatory);


• Practical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, and mechanical maintenance;


• Experience with laundry equipment maintenance (desirable);


• Completed secondary education;


• Technical training in related fields will be considered a plus;


• Strong skills in organization, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork;


• Ethical conduct, initiative, and a focus on delivering the best experience for guests.
