Our client, an award-winning architectural firm based in South Dublin, are currently looking to recruit a part-time Bookkeeper to join their firm. The role will report to the Partners.
Bookkeeping & Finance Responsibilities: - General book keeping duties
- VAT and PRSI returns (ROS)
- Reconciliation of Withholding Tax
- Year end accounts duties for assessment by Accountants
- Payroll and also relevant year end payroll duties using Bright Pay software
- Management of Rapport 3 system used for time recording, invoicing, staff records
etc. - Invoicing and Credit control
- Daily banking (online)
- Bank reconciliations
- Management of payments to sub-consultants
- Calculation of profitability on individual projects and overall practice
- Monitor and review overhead costs
- Fortnightly reports on cash flow, invoicing etc.
- Fortnightly meetings with Directors
- Collaborate with Directors and make recommendations for improved efficiencies
- Other general admin duties associated with the bookkeeping / financial
management role
This role will can be 20-25 hours per week.
Suitable candidates will have at least 3 years' Bookkeeping experience.
